At some time, this set was incorportated into the official syllabus of Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu, presumably by Kono himself when he became Soke of the ryu. The sets were renamed to Batto Ho no Bu and Oku Batto Ho no Bu and the name Dai Nihon Batto Ryu was discarded along with the standing reiho that accompanied it. Along with the original kata, two named kae-waza for Junto and Shihoto were added, both in the Kihon set. From published information on the internet, it appears that only those students who are connected to the mainline (Seitokai) practice these waza as part of the MJER curriculum.
However, the DNBR did not cease to be a separate entity after it was subsumed and renamed; Onoue Masamitsu, Kongen no Maki holder in the Yamauchi-ha, taught this school to my teacher, Honda Masayoshi. As a separate school, still includes a standing reiho. Only the original 9 techniques are named in any syllabus I have seen (though Gohon-me is listed as Zantotsuto), though Junto and Shihoto both contain unnamed variations.
